DESCRIPTION:Join us for 9th edition of The Great Escape & Mini Escape Triathlons on June 7th & 8th\, 2025!! We are excited to offer a well-organized\, family & beginner friendly triathlon in Jefferson City\, Missouri! \nTo complete the Escape\, athletes will have a snake swim in the 4 lane\, 50 meter pool at Ellis Porter Riverside Park\, then on to the bike over city & rural roads to the outskirts of the new Missouri State Prison and back. The run will take athletes to the old historic Missouri State Penitentiary and back to cross the finish line and earn the classic Great Escape medal! With triathlon & duathlon events for ages 13 & up (The *Great* Escape)\, and a triathlon event for ages 5 – 12 (The *Mini* Escape)\, there is something for the whole family. \nIf you’re speedy\, we’ve got all kinds of prizes and swag for the overall winners\, plus finisher medals & participant shirts for everyone\, so mark your calendars for the 2025 Great Escape Triathlon!!

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a weekend of adventure and stewardship on the Ozark Trail for National Trails Day! \nNOTE CHANGE OF LOCATION: Due to the loss of water at CRSP\, the event will be based out of the Round Spring Group Camping area\, where we’ll spend Saturday giving back to the Ozark Trail with much-needed maintenance work. But it’s not all work—there will be plenty of time to hike\, float\, and soak in the beauty of the Ozarks! \n Camping is available Saturday evening\, we’ll gather for a potluck dinner\, so bring a dish to share and enjoy a night of great food\, good company\, and trail stories around the campfire. \nCome ready to make a difference\, meet fellow trail lovers\, and celebrate National Trails Day in one of Missouri’s most scenic spots!

SUMMARY:Innsbrook Kids Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to host the 5th annual USAT sanctioned Innsbrook Kids Triathlon! Come and race in the most beautiful venue that we have near St. Louis! Innsbrook Resort is full of breathtaking views\, lakes\, and wooded acres. \n  \nThe swim takes place at the spectator friendly Charrette Creek Commons pool and then off to the flat and fast bike course! Athletes will ride on scenic paved roads partially closed to traffic with plenty of volunteers along the course and clearly marked turns. \n​ \nThen onto the fun run! It is also FLAT and is half pavement\, half on a shady gravel trail.

SUMMARY:Grand Illinois Bike Tour
DESCRIPTION:Join us June 8-13\, 2025 for the 22nd annual Grand Illinois Bike Tour (GIBT). This year’s route explores north central Illinois beginning and ending in Rochelle\, with overnights in our pre-reserved hotels in Ottawa\, DeKalb and Rockford. We will begin and end in Rochelle. Registration opened on November 1. \nOur 2025 loop will first make its way to Ottawa\, with a layover day to Starved Rock and Illinois River cities the next day. We then continue for a night in DeKalb\, home of Northern Illinois University. From there it is off to Rockford\, with two nights in Rockford and layover day routes in the area. This year’s ride concludes to Rochelle. Join us and invite your friends. \nAre you only able to do half of the tour? Three-day options for Sun-Tue and Wed-Fri are available\, on a very limited basis. A registration option not appearing on the registration form indicates that it has sold out.
