SUMMARY:Rock Island Trail Half Marathon
DESCRIPTION:Join us for this fifth annual event on the Rock Island Trail on July 26! Starting from Pleasant Hill\, MO\, the race features an out and back half marathon and 5K course to the southeast on the Rock Island Spur of the Katy Trail. There will be hydration stations and mile markers along the course and all participants will receive a custom finishers medal and race shirt. The number of registrants will be limited for this event and we ask all half marathons participants to finish in no longer than 3 hours.

SUMMARY:The EQUALIZER 50K and 100K Gravel Race
DESCRIPTION:The Equalizer Groad Gravel Race rolls out in 2025\, Saturday morning\, July 26th from Marthasville Mo! \nThe Equalizer is many things! Its the regular and awesome 50k or 100k Equalizer\, its also the Finalie Event to the SHO ME MO’ GRVL SERIES\, A qualifier on the SBR GRAND PRIX. and its The Missouri State Championship race for gravel. This is a must do race for 2025! \nEvent includes:\nFriday camping and food\, Race Saturday morning\, BBQ dinner Saturday night awards\, raffle and we are working on a Bonfire/Band so go take a shower ya filthy animal\, bring your friends and make a weekend of it. \nFree onsite camping in Wessel Park and the KT Caboose Friday and Saturday night.⛺ \nShowers and bathrooms available across the street and at the KT Caboose.🚿 😍 \nThe 50K sees some new gravel and roads this year and will join the 100k through the full classic Equalizer loop through Warrenton and all of the most awesome and refreshing creek crossings from last year. Choose either the 50k or 100k climbing 1800′ and 3786′ of up downs.. The 50 and 100 will stay together until mile 5. All State Championship contenders will race the 100k distance. \nRegardless of your choice\, all get the opportunity to hammer the fast road sections peppered by limestone gravel through the rolling countryside of Marthasville and Warrenton through the Aid stations and checkpoints back into racers village for a CX course style finish. Speaking of Hammers\, have you seen the 1st place awards? 🤩 (the Strava Segment awards aren’t too shabby either) New Custom Hammer Medals to 3rd place\, and top 5 overall will have their name printed on the next years shirt. State Championship category winners will get The Roy Doskal Realty State Championship Jersey and Mo State Medals. Custom Hammer medals to 3rd place. \nThe Equalizer is fast enough for the pavement pounder\, yet technical enough for the gravel grinders\, and most importanter.. Fun and safe for everyone. Aid station for both distances\, (The 100k sees it 2wice) Bring your sag bag\, we will have it ready for you there. Trailing/roaming sag as well. \nPost race food\, snacks\, beverages\, music\, podiums\, pics\, Equalizer Black T-shirt available for those who registered by 6-15. Again\, The name of last years top 5 M/F in both distances will be printed on the back\, Forever immortalized in glorious glory of course. Award Ceremony and awards for the Top 3 in all A.G.10yr increments. AND Overall M/F. Post Race Raffle for other goodies\, and swag and I-9 Hubs the last 2 years! We are working on a band and bonfire\, so stick around\, camp out\, and make an epic Finalie weekend with us! \nSpecial awards for 2 Strava KOM segments on race day. (must be done during race and on strava) Simply upload and show your Kingly/Queenly status to be elgible for a KOM gravel crown trophy. They are sweet. You will see signs for the segment start/stops\, Routes are linked below\, you can peep the segments there but be sure to download the GPX because why not. The very short and climby “Kersten Krusher” and the 6 mile “King of the Groad”. \nRace this for a great cause!
